a. Subscription and Billing

  • Paid Services: Certain features of our Services are offered under paid subscription plans, such as "YouPro" and "Enterprise" ("Paid Services"). By selecting a Paid Service, you agree to pay the fees advertised for that service.

  • Billing Cycle: We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

  • Recurring Payments: By starting your subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription fees. In compliance with RBI guidelines, we will send a pre-debit notification to your registered email or phone number at least 24 hours before each recurring payment. For any recurring transaction exceeding INR 15,000, an additional factor of authentication will be required for each payment.

b. Cancellation Policy

  • Your Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your subscription to our Paid Services at any time. The process for cancellation will be straightforward and accessible through your account settings on our website.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription by navigating to the "Billing" or "Subscription" section of your account settings and following the cancellation instructions. You will also be able to opt-out of recurring payments through the link provided in the pre-debit notification.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access to the Paid Services will continue until the end of your current billing period. At the end of the billing period, your subscription will not be renewed, and your account will be downgraded to the free version of our Services. We will not impose any cancellation charges for canceling your order after purchase confirmation
    c. Refund Policy

  • General Policy: All fees for Paid Services are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused Services.

  • Exceptions: A refund may be considered under the following circumstances, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019:

    • If the Services provided are found to be defective or deficient.

    • If there has been a billing error on our part.

  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, you must contact our customer support at support@you.com.ai within 7 days of the charge, providing a detailed reason for the request. All refund requests will be investigated.
